2.5 mm shock cord
Looks like a good product, strong stretch. Using it to replace cords in folding tent pole. Working well so far.

I used this 2.5 mm shock cord to fasten gaiters onto the bottom of my boots. I walked over 10 miles so far, with each step this shock cord gets stepped on. It looks like new, it should hold up for many miles.
This 2.5mm shock cord worked perfectly for the "retract springs" on the knife sheath I was making. Right size and right elasticity.
I prefer the 2.5mm over the 1/8" cord for casual shoe laces. the 1/8" will be too stiff and the tail won't lay down unless you tuck it in or use a heavy cord end. I've used this cord on several shoes that I've worn well past their best by date and the laces are still in good shape. Paracord Planet ships quick too.
I bought 100 feet to re-cord my 20 year old Cabela's Alaskan 6 tent poles. It was the perfect size and had enough left over to do two more. Saved it for a backup fix if necessary.
This cord works great for the projects i use it for. Have always gotten good products from paracord planet.
Very pleased with the quality of the cord. I've tried other brands, but they're all inferior to this.
The elastic cord I got was excellent quality. I use it to manufacture my products and I want the best quality. With this cord I have it.
This is the 2.5 mm is the perfect thickness for elastic shoe strings in running shoes.
